Pompy's Day

Every monday, I count the days
till it's friday again.

'Cause saturdays and sundays
are Pompy's days.

I can hold her
and play with her

tease her
and teach her

tuck her to bed
and watch her sleep

no hurries, no worries.
2 days in a week.

It's not much
but it's better than nothing.

I'd hug her,
I'd kiss her

Till she can tell Mama
She's big enough to be on her own.
